Ralph Stewart
Chair & Managing Director
Ralph Stewart was CEO of AXA Insurance New Zealand for 9 years, 5 years as Chair of Spicers Wealth Management, and more recently the CEO of ACC. He has thirty years of experience in NZ's financial services sector, including 8 years as General Manager of Marketing & Strategy at TOWER Insurance.
Ralph holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Manchester University in England majoring in finance. Ralph is a Director of the New Zealand Police Association and New Zealand Registered Master Builders Association responsible for asset and liability management.

Kevin Stirrat
Member
Kevin has recently retired from Forsyth Barr after 15 years leading Investment Strategy and Funds Management. Previously Kevin spent 11 years with Deutsche Bank in the Global markets team.
He holds a BCA degree in Accounting and Commercial Law from Victoria University In Wellington.

Cameron Bagrie
Member
Cameron is a well-known and respected New Zealand economist with over 20 years experience. For over 11 years he was the Chief Economist at ANZ. He has also worked as an economist at the National Bank, Treasury and Statistics New Zealand. Cameron has a deep understanding of financial markets, is not aligned to any financial organisation and has the experience and credibility to tackle tough economic issues.
Today you will find Cameron at Bagrie Economics a boutique research firm that specialises in independent, authoritative analysis of the New Zealand economy and general economic issues.

Martin Hawes
Member
Martin Hawes is one of New Zealand’s leading financial commentators and advisers. He has authored multiple books on personal financial planning including best-selling titles "Twenty Good Summers" and "Family Trusts". He is also a financial columnist.

James Beale
Member
James is CEO of Oriens Capital and has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. Central to James’ career was 14 years with leading investment advisory business, Craigs Investment Partners Limited from 2001 to 2015.

Charles Hett
Member
A Fellow of the New Zealand Society of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia. Charles has provided advice in NZ, UK and Asia on long-term insurance business products and liabilities alongside business risk and value. He has acted as statutory Appointed Actuary for a number of NZ insurers. Corporate roles include AMP, CIGNA International and TOWER.

Ellen Cheyne
Member & Chief Financial Officer
Ellen spent eight years at Co-Op Bank will she held roles that included Head of Finance and Head of Strategy and Planning. She has also held roles internationally with Tesco, John Lewis and Heathrow Airport.
Ellen is now CFO for Lifetime and is a trustee on the So They Can Board and the New Zealand Riding For The Disabled Perpetual Members Trust.

Paul Robertshawe
Advisor
Paul spent 10 years running New Zealand’s largest equities portfolio for ACC. He has 25 years of experience in the Funds Management industry, managing wholesale client portfolios.
Paul holds a BBS degree in Finance and Accounting from Massey University of Palmerston North, and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Victor Huang
Advisor
Victor Huang is a principal with Milliman and heads up the Investment Solutions team in Australia. Victor currently leads a team of portfolio managers, actuaries, and traders who design and implement investment strategies within superannuation, (re) insurance companies, ETF managers, and managed accounts.
The strategies Victor has worked on include tail risk hedging, currency hedging, and rebalancing overlays for funds, as well as dynamic hedging programs for investment guarantee products and defined benefit liabilities. Victor holds a Bachelor of Commerce /Bachelor of Science, Actuarial studies /Statistics form UNSW and is a qualified actuary.
