Primary Residence Commitment

  • The Home is occupied as the primary residence.
  • The Home has not been leased or licensed without prior consent.
  • No absence of more than 90 days has occurred without prior approval
  • The Home is maintained in a condition consistent with the Property Condition Report.
  • No damage has occurred beyond ordinary wear and tear.

 

Alterations

  • No alterations have been made without prior written consent.

 

Financial Responsibilities

  • All rates, taxes, utilities, and other charges are up to date.

 

Restrictions on Sale or Charge

  • No sale or charge of any interest in the Home has occurred without consent.

 

Title Management

  • No changes have been made to the record of title without consent.

 

Material Events Notification

  • There are no known circumstances adversely affecting the Home’s value.

 

Insurance

  • The Home is adequately insured, and your interest is noted on the policy.

 

Compliance and Indemnity

  • All applicable laws are being complied with, and you are indemnified against related losses.

 

Personal Affairs

  • A current will and enduring power of attorney are in place.
