Homeowner Obligations Checklist
We wish to remind you of the obligations under our agreement and ensure that you have no issues to report at this time.
Primary Residence Commitment
- The Home is occupied as the primary residence.
- The Home has not been leased or licensed without prior consent.
- No absence of more than 90 days has occurred without prior approval
- The Home is maintained in a condition consistent with the Property Condition Report.
- No damage has occurred beyond ordinary wear and tear.
Alterations
- No alterations have been made without prior written consent.
Financial Responsibilities
- All rates, taxes, utilities, and other charges are up to date.
Restrictions on Sale or Charge
- No sale or charge of any interest in the Home has occurred without consent.
Title Management
- No changes have been made to the record of title without consent.
Material Events Notification
- There are no known circumstances adversely affecting the Home’s value.
Insurance
- The Home is adequately insured, and your interest is noted on the policy.
Compliance and Indemnity
- All applicable laws are being complied with, and you are indemnified against related losses.
Personal Affairs
- A current will and enduring power of attorney are in place.
