Thank you for letting us know whether you will be attending the up-coming Annual General Meeting of Retirement Income Group Limited.

If sending in a Proxy:

Members entitled to attend and vote at the meeting are entitled to appoint a proxy. For your convenience a Proxy Form is attached, and the Chair has indicated that she is willing to act as the proxy of any shareholder. If no voting instructions are given the Chair will vote in favour of the resolutions.

Completed Proxy Forms must either be deposited at the registered office of the Company or delivered to the Chairman before the start of the meeting.

Please note that signed Proxy Forms may be returned by a scanned copy attached to an email to retire@lifetimeincome.co.nz with the original to follow. If the proxy is signed under a power of attorney, it must be accompanied by a copy of the Power of Attorney and a certificate of non-revocation.
